Ladies Results Week Ending 27th July 2025

Last Wednesday a two person ambrose event was played on a very sodden golf course, Rhonda Thompson and Julie Rosewarne continued on with their good form by winner the event with 77 nett. Runners up and ball comp winners were Olwyn King and Jennifer Wild. Nearest the Pin on 2nd was Jennifer Wild.

Friday, on an extremely frosty morning, players braved the conditions to play the 9 holes modified stableford event. Yet again the winner, Julie Rosewarne, played very well to amass 21 points and win the voucher. Ball competition winners were Pat Livermore (also a great score) 20 points and Judi Moore on a count back from Chris Peachman.

Next Wednesday 30th is a stableford event while Friday 9 holes the players will take on the short course.

The Ladies Championships are coming up in mid August and the Club has been fortunate to secure sponsorship from Lithgow Auto Group and the Members thank them for their continued support. Names are now being taken for this one of the major events of the women’s golfing calendar.
