On Wednesday 17th the Ladies played a stroke event for Monthly Medals that are sponsored by Drummond Golf Penrith. We thank Rod for continuing to sponsor this event it is much appreciated. The course was still damp and heavy with no fairway run and the greens are slick. The winner of the 1st Division was Chris Peachman and 2nd Division won by Carol Osborne with 76 nett. Balls went to Julie Rosewarne, Carol Burton, Robyn Houlison and Leonie Hughes.
Friday 19th in the modified stableford competition, Carol Osborne continued her form for the week and won with 21 points. Ball competition was won by Chris Peachman 16 pts and Robyn Houlison 16pts.
Coming events for the women – Ladies Annual General Meeting will be held on this Friday 26th September at 9am followed by 9 holes of golf.
Sunday 28th September is the Golf Club Annual General Meeting at 10am.
Wednesday and Friday 15th and 17th of October, the Ladies foursomes have been scheduled.
