Lithgow golfers are looking forward to one of the best weekends of the year with two major events being held.
Saturday sees the popular Munzo/Grub Short Course Championship followed by the 2025 Lithgow Open that will see golfers converge on the Lithgow course from far and wide with the major event again sponsored by Westfund.
Local golfers will be keen to halt the stranglehold that Mudgee golfers have had on the Open for a number of years.
The Short Course Championship will be again sponsored by the friends of Peter Newham and Brian Whichelo who passed away a number of years ago but will never be forgotten.
