The Wednesday Lithgow women’s competitors enjoyed a bisque par which is a golf competition where players can choose on what holes they want to use their handicap shots. Players must nominate their choice before hitting off the next tee. The winner was Olwyn King (21) who worked out her choices to perfection finishing with a score of +6. Others to play well and win balls were Colleen McMahon, Robyn Houlison, Julie Rosewarne and Christine Peachman.
The Friday nine hole competition saw Colleen McMahon continue her outstanding run of form that has seen her placed in recent weeks. McMahon had the impressive score of 24 points after winning a countback. Ball winners were Kay Buttigieg and Julie Rosewarne.
