It’s been a great week for Kay Buttigieg (45) after taking out the Wednesday 18 hole competition. Having not played a lot of golf since taking up the sport she has already achieved the feat of scoring a hole in one a couple of months ago — something that all golfers of all handicaps strive for. Buttiegieg had a good day on Wednesday winning the event after registering a score of 37 points and was the only woman to break their handicap.
Ball winners were Julie Rosewarne and Christine Peachman.
Friday nine hole competition saw a smaller field with the ball winner with the good score of 22 being Julie Rosewarne.
